The scan looks only at public information. A good score doesn't mean your site is secure, and a finding doesn't mean you've been hacked. The report is general guidance, not professional security, legal or IT advice.
The fix report is a one-time $29 purchase. Refund requests made to support@sitesafetyscan.com within 14 days of purchase are reviewed under this policy; one refund per customer and per website.
The optional re-scan is $9 per month. We re-run the same public checks about once a month and email you the results and what changed. Cancel anytime in one click from the "Manage or cancel" link in every re-scan email, or at sitesafetyscan.com/manage. Canceling stops future charges; months already paid aren't refunded.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
